Individualized Care: Develop and oversee support plans tailored to individual needs to ensure progress across key wellbeing areas. Collaboration and Advocacy: Work closely with families and multi-agency teams to deliver the best outcomes for children and young people. Safeguarding and Safety: Act as a Child Protection lead, prioritizing safety and wellbeing in line with safeguarding and Ofsted standards.
