Senior HR Operations Manager
to lead the charge in shaping our HR operations. This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive operational excellence, lead a small but mighty team, and collaborate across the business to deliver best-in-class HR processes, policies, and systems. You’ll lead and inspire a team of two, working closely with the wider HR function and key stakeholders to deliver seamless HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:Designing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and pay structuresManaging our company vehicle fleet in line with safety and commercial standardsEnhancing our total benefits offering to attract and retain top talentLeading annual HR processes including surveys and pay reviewsOverseeing payroll operations and mitigating business riskBuilding strong relationships with internal teams, external providers, and trade unionsEnsuring pension administration is accurate and compliantStaying ahead of legislative changes (e.g. pay reporting, living wage)Who You Are
