Your Role Will Include:

• Supervising a team of up to 18 operators within a busy manufacturing operation.
• Overseeing equipment, people, and processes across a 24/7 site.
• Ensuring safe working practices and maintaining high standards of productivity.
• Taking responsibility for day-to-day operations and problem-solving as required.

What You''ll Need:

• Proven experience supervising operators within a manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility to work on a shift pattern, including both days and nights (6-6).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support your team.
