The Manufacturing Engineer role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, improving operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor at the Bristol branch. Duties and Responsibilities:Process Development and Optimisation Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for aerospace components.Create and maintain 3D models and CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.Evaluate and improve existing production methods to increase efficiency and reduce waste.Identify opportunities for new or improved manufacturing processes to meet current and future requirementEnsure all processes comply with aerospace quality and safety standards.Technical Support Provide hands-on engineering support to production teams.Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with design and quality teams to resolve technical challenges.Tooling and Equipment Specify, procure, and maintain production tooling and equipment.Develop jigs, fixtures, and other aids to support efficient manufacturing.Continuous Improvement and
