Your role will involve assessment of young people, face to face support and group work in line with the strategic development of the service.This post is a critical part of the Young Carers service and involves working and engaging with young people in a variety of settings.You will be working across various locations in Peterborough, with occasional travel to other areas within Cambridgeshire.
