We are looking for a Finance Analyst with Housing, capital or local government finance experience. This Finance Analyst role is hybrid working 3 days a week in Wembley and the remaining 2 days remlotely. 30 per hour inside IR35 via an umbrella company 36 hours a week Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite in Wembly 3 months initially, extendable Skills Required: Solid Financial Analysis experience within the housing, capital or local government space CCAB qualification desirable. Experience of providing financial support including such areas as the annual budget, monthly monitoring, statutory reporting, Tax and VAT and appraisals for new projects.
