Work for a growing start-upDrive sales growth with progression opportunities to build a teamThe client is a start-up within the beauty space. With a team of 15 across the UK, US and Dubai, they are now looking for a SNAM / Channel Head to drive UK sales growth across both existing and new accounts.Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing accountsActively prospect and win new businessDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve growthBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersAnalyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunitiesMonitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior managementCollaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaignsQualifications

Proven experience managing either Boots or Superdrug at national levelIdeally experience selling mass beauty brandsExcited by SMEs and start-ups, hunter mentalityA background in beauty or similar industryStrong understanding of sales processes and market dynamicsExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to manage and motivate a team effectivelyProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsResults-driven mindset with excellent analytical skillsAble to be in London 3 days a weekBenefits
