The work is varied, high quality, and high value.Audio and copy typing of residential conveyancing documents and correspondence;Preparing contracts and transactional documents, completion statements and invoices, Land Registry forms, and SDLT submissions;Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and liaising with clients and agents;Handling telephone enquiries with professionalism and discretion;Opening and closing files, post exchange to completion, AML compliance, and maintaining accurate records;Coordinating completions and managing post-completion formalities; andAssisting with billing and financial administration, including clearing balances, returning funds etc. Conveyancing Legal SecretaryPrevious experience as a Residential Property Secretary within a reputable law firm;Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completionFast and accurate typing skills;Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions;Professi
