The RoleWorks will include a mixture of:• General civils and groundwork activities• Compound builds and infrastructure works• Utilities and ducting works• Supporting site installations and crews• Plant operations where qualified• Working closely with supervisors and management teams• Progressing towards taking on more responsibility on site The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to develop towards a PICW / Supervisor position as they progress within the business.
