Site Manager

Location: Birmingham

Salary: Contract Day Rate - Negotiable

3D Personnel are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a programme of asbestos removal works across four live project locations throughout Birmingham.

Working for a leading UK construction contractor, this is a 10-week contract requiring an organised and proactive Site Manager who can coordinate multiple sites, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme requirements.

• Manage the delivery of asbestos removal works across four project locations.

• Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with current legislation.

• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and client representatives.

• Monitor programme, quality and health & safety compliance.

• Produce site reports and maintain clear communication with the wider project team.

• Previous experience managing multiple construction sites.

• Valid SMSTS certificate.

• Asbestos Awareness certificate is essential.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Available to start immediately for a 10-week contract.
