Duties for the role of Job Runner:

• Manage projects from project inception through to completion
• Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance is achieved
• Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build and maintain strong client relationships

Skills and experience for the role of Job Runner:

• Degree within architectural technology
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
• Experience working on projects within the residential sector
• Strong attention to detail
• Job running experience
• Strong UK Building regulations knowledge
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
