In this role, you will guide, coach, and support the implementation of improvement initiatives across the organisation. You''ll play a key role in embedding quality models and techniques to drive efficiencies in resource use, lead-time, error reduction, and cost. Key Responsibilities:Drive quality performance across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Programmes throughout all National Companies (NatCos).Lead and guide cross-functional and pan-NatCo improvement initiatives to enhance our client''s operational excellence.Deliver training and coaching on business improvement tools and methodologies to build internal capability.Serve as a subject matter expert in the application of continuous improvement techniques and frameworks.Champion the deployment of performance improvement strategies within Quality and the wider business, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all NatCos.
