A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Tax Manager to join my clients team in one of their East Midlands offices on a Hybrid basis. As a Private Tax Manager, you will be a technical expert within your respective fields both internally and externally, utilising opportunities to share knowledge and expertise to increase overall performance. Client experience You will interact with clients on a daily basis at several levels to identify the more complex problems faced and provide solutions, whilst ensuring client relationship managers are well informed and receive regular updates on project progress, along with identifying and escalating any issues as necessary. You will be accountable for managing a full portfolio to the highest standard, using knowledge and skills to add value to the client by cross-selling. Team management As part of the management team, you will oversee and develop team members by setting objectives and conducting performance reviews. You will hold regular one-to-ones with individual team members, providing timely feedback and clear development plans.
