Digital Marketing Executive role at Lotus Bakeries. This role is focused on our Natural Foods brands to manage digital channels and support the marketing and sales team. You will be the brand voice in social channels and help bring brand plans to life in the digital consumer world.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and has 1+ years of experience. You’ll work with the brand team to communicate annual brand and innovation plans on owned digital channels (social, website and app). You’ll also lead our influencer programme, engaging with chosen influencers to deliver planned content. The role involves supporting events and campaigns to promote BEAR and related brands.The Digital Exec reports to the Marketing Manager and collaborates with the wider marketing team to ensure seamless execution.Responsibilities

Social planning and execution on BEAR and Urban fruit for Facebook, Instagram and alignment with annual brand plans.Social planning and execution of digital campaigns and new product development (NPD), including events and seasonal campaigns.Support website maintenance and optimization.Manage the Brandbank account.Support Amazon and wider sales teams with content (images, creative material) to ensure an optimal shopfront.Lead the BEAR influencer programme to drive authentic reach.Lead BEAR CRM programme to develop audience insights and deepen brand loyalty.Community management of social channels (responding to comments and DMs on Instagram and Facebook).Be the key lead for our app – coordinating card uploads or development with the agency as needed.Support sales team as a positive point of contact and assist where needed.Review effectiveness of activities and report back to the business.Manage budgets across areas of responsibility.About You

1+ years experience within digital marketing and familiarity with all social channels.Proactive, autonomous and organised.A strong team player with a positive attitude.Keen to learn and develop.Desire to make a difference and contribute positively to the team and business.Energetic and enthusiastic with a willingness to get stuck in.Fast learner, flexible and open to new ideas.
