Job Title: Dusk Cart HGV Class 2 Driver
Location: Harlow
Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour (minimum 9 hours paid)
Overtime: £24.00 per hour (Saturdays)
Contract: Ongoing with opportunity to go permanent
Shifts Available

• Early Shift: 4:00am – 1:00pm
• Late Shift: 12:00pm – 9:00pm

Job Overview We are looking for reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team in Harlow, working on dusk cart operations. This is a great opportunity for drivers seeking stable long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate an HGV Class 2 vehicle for refuse/dusk cart collections
• Work as part of a small team to complete daily routes
• Follow all health and safety procedures
• Complete vehicle checks and report any defects
• Deliver excellent service to the local community

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Previous experience in refuse/dusk cart work is beneficial but not essential
• Reliability and good communication skills
• Ability to work the required shift pattern
• Be comfortable with heavy lifting
