Communications Lead to develop and deliver detailed communication and engagement plans, synchronised with project plans.Key Responsibilities of the Interim Strategic Change Communications Lead include:Collaborating with workstream teams and senior leaders to align communication plans with project timelinesLeading cultural change initiatives linked to organisational design and workforce strategyManaging internal and external communications to inform and engage key stakeholdersMonitoring impact, making adjustments to achieve performance targets and savingsEnsuring consistent messaging across projects and the overall programme to provide a coherent narrativeAdvising on stakeholder engagement with residents, businesses, partners, staff, and membersManaging budgets and resources effectively while supporting behaviour change and engagement objectivesExperience and knowledge required of the Interim Strategic Change Communications Lead:Previous experience within a Local AuthorityKnowledge of cultural and behavioural change best practice and how this is supported through service user and employee communicationsExperience of running focus groups and facilitated workshops with the aim of building engagementExperience of implementing internal social media as an effective two way communication channel to support collaborationInternal Communications or Change Communications qualificationTo apply for this role or to find out about other jobs, please contact
