Overview

Executive Manager for the Specialist Private Clients Division of a major loss adjusting practice, based in the South (primarily the South East). The role is home-based with duties split 60% fee-earning and 40% operational management.Responsibilities

Oversee a team of 5-6 Adjusters with additional desktop and administrative staffAttend to SLAs, development and training, technical supervision and client relationship workApplicant Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in a private client adjusting roleIdeally some basic managerial experience, though not essentialOpen to senior adjusters looking to progress into managementLocation: anywhere within the south; willing to travel extensively to handle losses and meet with the teamProfessional qualifications through CII and/or CILASalary and Benefits

Basic salary up to £80,000Generous bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care25 days holiday
