Are you a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) looking to join a growing, supportive team in Wakefield? We''re looking for an enthusiastic and professional DEA to carry out EPC assessments across residential properties in the region.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home and on-site, with a competitive salary and clear progression opportunities.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conducting domestic energy assessments in line with industry regulations.
• Producing accurate and timely EPCs using approved software.
• Liaising with homeowners, landlords, and letting agents.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant compliance and legislation.

Requirements:

• Qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (with a valid DEA certification).
• Knowledge of RdSAP and EPC conventions.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
