Job Title: Electronics Assembly Technician

Location: Haddenham

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm and Friday 8am - 1pm (30 minute lunch break)

Salary: From -26,936 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Supervise production cell activities to meet production plans
• Raise works orders and manage parts ordering through the QX system
• Assign daily tasks to achieve production targets
• Ensure Assembly Technicians adhere to work instructions and assist with training
• Identify and address potential delays, collaborating with production management
• Conduct quality checks and audits within the production cell

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in a production environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex specifications
• Proficient in hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and electrical testing equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting ability
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
