This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and knowledgeable HR professional to provide comprehensive advice and support across the full employee lifecycle within a fast-paced operational environment.The RoleAs HR Advisor, you will work closely with managers and employees, offering practical and commercially focused guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters. You will play a key role in ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with current employment legislation, while supporting wider business objectives.Key Responsibilities Provide professional advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and absence management casesSupport managers in interpreting and applying company policies and proceduresMonitor and manage absence levels, including analysis of trends and utilisation of absence management tools such as the Bradford FactorConduct exit interviews and provide insight through analysis of feedbackMaintain accurate HR records and complete general HR administrationAssist with Health and Safety administration and documentationRespond to employment reference requests and ad hoc information enquiriesProduce regular HR reports (daily, weekly and monthly) as well as additional management information as requiredEnsure com
