Full job description We are a well-established care agency operating in Surrey seeking a motivated and compassionate Care Supervisor to oversee our Domiciliary Care service. Provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policies and procedures, agreed quality standards, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager. Supervise the care services within Opal Carers Ltd in accordance with agreed standards. Person Specification: Essential: Qualifications in Health and Social Care or a related field (NVQ Level 3 or higher). Previous experience in providing care and support to individuals with physical disabilities, mental health challenges, autism and learning disabilities. Excellent leadership and communication skills. A strong commitment to upholding health and safety standards. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, service users, and external stakeholders. Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively. Driver s licence and access to business-insured vehicle for work travel. Experience in a similar managerial or supervisory role in a care setting.
