OverviewCorporate Tax Associate Director - London, City

Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Corporate Tax team.

Grow the Corporate Tax offering and the client portfolio, including OMBs, SMEs, multinational and some listed clients.

Work with Partners to shape and execute the team’s growth strategy.

Provide technical leadership and back-up to Partners; manage a challenging and varied portfolio of clients with high standards.

Develop business with the Corporate Tax offering and maintain high-quality work delivery.

Qualifications and skills

ACA and/or CTA qualified.

Experience in Corporate Tax Planning/Advisory at Senior Manager or Associate Director level.

Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax issues; experience with RandD tax credits, patent box, MandA, exit planning and succession planning, transfer pricing and cross-border taxes.

Experience managing a team and delivering high-quality professional work.

Commercial acumen and ability to work with entrepreneurial clients; ability to provide technical back-up to Partners.
