They offer a great working environment, friendly team and flexible working pattern.Working as part of a great friendly team the role of HR / Payroll Administrator will involve:Produce offer letters and employment contracts for new starters.Setting up new starter records and on-boarding of employees - right to work checks, processing new starter paperwork, issue of ID Cards, completing reference checks.Creating new starter packs and delivering inductionsEnsuring HR records kept accurate and up to date with promotions, transfers, pay changes, job titles, processing leaver documentation.Updating trackers including new starters, recruitment and absence management.Assisting with payroll administration as required - checking and calculating weekly timesheetsAssist the HR Manager with ad-hoc projectsOther HR and Payroll duties as requiredThe skills and experience requirements for the role of HR / Payroll Administrator:Previous experience within an HR admin role and payroll administrationExperience of using Sage is ideal although this is not essentialHigh attention to detail with good numerical skills and the ability to manage own workload.Grade C or above in Maths and EnglishGood use o
