Job Title: General Foreman
Location: Sizewell C
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Initially 12 months (with potential to extend 3-5 years)
Hours: 07:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday (with potential for Saturday work)
Rate: -380 per day (Outside IR35)

The General Foreman will report to the Contracts Manager and Project Manager, taking responsibility for running task orders on site. This is a hands-on leadership role, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

• 
  Lead site operations across multiple task orders, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
• 
  Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and plant/equipment.
• 
  Oversee works relating to RC structures, drainage, earthworks, highways, and associated civil engineering packages.
• 
  Manage daily site briefings, task allocations, and quality checks.
• 
  Liaise closely with the Contracts Manager, Project Manager, and wider delivery team.
• 
  Ensure site records, permits, and reporting are maintained accurately.

• 
  Proven experience as a General Foreman on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• 
  Strong background in:
  • 
    RC structures
  • 
    Curbs and drainage
  • 
    Earthworks and highways
• 
  SMSTS certification.
• 
  CSCS card.
• 
  Full UK driving licence.
• 
  Lift Supervisor ticket (preferred).
• 
  Temporary Works Supervisor (EUSR) - desirable.
