A director at a creative multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a passionate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Birmingham.

The Quantity Surveyor''s role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join an expanding QS team where they will work on a wide array of different projects including commercial, education, health care, leisure, motor retail, public sector and residential.

The Quantity Surveyor will be expected to help complete cost management reports, develop cost estimates and budgets and working face to face with clients.

The Quantity Surveyor

• A Quantity Surveying degree or RICS associated
• Already chartered or willing to achieve chartered status
• Lives with 30 minutes of Birmingham city centre
• Pre and post contract experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Car and driver''s license
