Technical Service Manager (Electrical) 40,000 - 45,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Private Healthcare + Training + Progression Yate, GloucestershireAre you a Service Manager, Supervisor or similar from an electrical background looking for an exciting challenge, where you will be leading the technical support and service function in the UK for a global business, recognised as the go-to expert?In this office-based role you will be handling 4 Service Engineers and dealing with their technical enquiries, sorting and selecting spare parts, along with managing service contracts. You will be given full product training allowing you to become the technical expert in the UK, with the support of the European head office.This company manufacture, service, and maintain a range of commercial catering equipment and are a subsidiary of a global conglomerate which operate in almost every continent. They pride themselves on extremely high staff retention due to valuing their employees and continuously developing them.This role would suit an Engineer who has electrical knowledge looking for a role which is fully office based that they can truly mould into their own, progressing their career as the leading technical engineer in the country.The Role:Handling 4 Service Engineer and their technical queries over the phoneOrganising and selecting spare parts for specialist equipmentLiaising with Sales, Engineering, Customer Service and the European Head OfficeMonday to Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm, finish at 4pm
