A full job specification will be sent to you on application.About the roleThe role of HR and Payroll Officer is a permanent post supporting the HR Team with all employment related matters and ensuring the Charity and its people are operating within the confines of all relevant legislation and best practice. You will: Support in providing an effective and efficient HR Service which also includes recruitment, compliance and fleet managementBe responsible for payroll, pension and benefits, ensuring the timely and accurate administration of payroll for monthly pay runsWork closely with colleagues to maintain a smooth payroll process, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and continuously improving procedures for greater efficiency.Need to be highly motivated, efficient and organised and enjoy working as part of a team, whilst also being comfortable working independently.
