Freightliner Group is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Bussiness Partner to join our Northern operations on a full-time permanent basis. This is a hands-on role working closely with site leadership teams and Regional Operational Managers to deliver practical HR solutions across multiple sites.What you’ll do:Leading employee relations and working closely with Trade UnionsPartner with Regional Operational Managers and site leadership to shape workforce strategiesTravel across Northern sites to deliver consistent HR support and build strong relationshipsAct as a trusted HR partner, balancing commercial focus with employee wellbeing.About you:Significant HR experience, ideally within logistics or operational environments.Strong background in employee relations and experience working with unions.Resilient, proactive, and commercially aware, with excellent stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working and travelling across multiple sites and managing competing priorities.We are passionate about
