We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Electrical Working Supervisor to join our team on a commercial construction project. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee electrical installations while actively participating in site work to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery. Looking for a working supervisor with the intention of developing into a Junior PM. Electrical Working Supervsior Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate day-to-day electrical activities on site Lead and support a team of electricians and subcontractors Carry out electrical installation work as required Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Monitor progress against project timelines and report updates to management Conduct site inspections and maintain high-quality workmanship Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials Promote and enforce health and safety procedures at all times Electrical Working Supervsior Requirements: Gold ECS card SSSTS 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role Strong background in commercial electrical installations Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail How to Apply: Please submit your CV below!
