Their work spans multiple insurance lines, including property and business interruption, casualty, fine art, and liability. As a Property Damage Solicitor, you will: Work closely with a leading insurance disputes partner to advise on a broad range of coverage and liability defence matters. Provide insurance coverage advice. Handle subrogated recoveries. Advise on policy wording queries. Support clients with FOS and Lloyd''s complaints. Deliver ad hoc training and guidance to clients.
