Tile floors and walls. Order and collect materials. Use PDAs for job tasks. Work safely at heights using ladders and scaffolds. Handle voids and responsive repairs. Person Specifications Must Have: Completed apprenticeship in painting and decorating. At least 1 year of experience post-apprenticeship. Knowledge of current building legislation and health and safety. Punctuality and technical skills. Computer literacy. Understanding of social housing. Asbestos awareness and removal experience. Nice to Have: Experience in working with voids and responsive repairs.
