Snapshot of your role Carry out repairs and maintenance across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, UPVC, fencing, high-level works, and painting. Complete all work to a high standard, achieving first-time fixes and excellent customer satisfaction. Use and develop multi-trade skills to plan and coordinate work efficiently. Ensure all materials and tools are prepared for each job, delivering cost-effective results. Adapt to changing priorities to provide a responsive and flexible repairs service. Work closely with colleagues and external partners to overcome challenges and maintain smooth operations. Maintain vehicles, tools, stock, and safety devices, following all procedures.
