You do not require any special qualifications for this role but you do need to have a passion for helping young people be the very best they can be. In return, they offer a new and improved training programme which will help you develop your professional skills. You will also have the opportunity to learn from some of the most dedicated and inspirational people in the profession.The suitable Waking Night Support Worker will possess the ability to support young people by providing physical and emotional care should it be required during the waking night. You will be expected to provide a happy, secure, caring and effective environment in support of the waking day curriculum aims.
