Role Senior Legal Secretary Practice Area Conveyancing Experience Minimum 5 years previous legal secretarial experience Based Central London Hybrid 2-3 days in the office Offer £35,000 - £40,000 per annum - depending on experience We re working with a well-established and reputable law firm based in Central London, who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Legal Secretary to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal secretary who is confident supporting senior fee earners, managing complex conveyancing files, and ensuring a high standard of client service. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a similar role, ideally within a busy property department, and will have previously worked with LEAP case management software. Typical duties would include: Providing comprehensive secretarial support to solicitors and partners within Residential Conveyancing Producing accurate documentation and correspondence through audio and copy typing Managing file setup, progression, and post-completion processes efficiently Liaising professionally with clients, solicitors, and third parties Ensuring all administrative and compliance requirements are met to the highest standard The successful candidate: Minimum 5 years experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Conveyancing Confident user of LEAP and Microsoft Office applications Strong organisational and time management skills with excelle
