Position - HVAC EngineerLocation Manchester to work the NorthwestJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentStarting Salary/Package: £38,000 £43,000, Van/Fuel Card, Death in Service, OT available, 32 days holiday inc banks, and morePurpose of the RoleTo install, service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (including air conditioning, ventilation, and commercial heating units) across a variety of commercial and public sector sites, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client SLAs.Key Responsibilities Service, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment, including:Split and multi-split AC unitsVRV/VRF systemsAHUs, FCUs, ventilation/extraction systemsCommercial gas boilers and heating systems (if qualified)Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systemsCarry out PPMs and respond to reactive calloutsComplete commissioning and installation of new HVAC systemsEnsure compliance with F-Gas regulations and relevant health and safety standardsMaintain accurate service reports, job records, and digital logsCollaborate with other tradesProvide excellent customer service to clients on-siteUphold professionalism, safety, and quality workmanship You must have or Hold NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalentF-Gas (Category 1) certified mandatoryMinimum 3 years experience in HVAC maintenance and repairStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsFull UK driving licenceCommercial gas qualifications (COCN1, CIGA1, etc.) (Desirable) We are looking for a consc
