We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join their team and support production on our Biesse flatbed nesting CNC machine. Job Overview: As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating our Biesse nesting machine to manufacture precision components for custom luxury furniture. You ll work closely with our design and workshop teams, using SolidWorks CAD software to translate unique concepts into high-quality, manufacturable parts. The role also includes performing general maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities: Program and operate a Biesse flatbed nesting CNC machine for cutting custom furniture components. Generate efficient CNC toolpaths using CAM software based on SolidWorks models and technical drawings. Collaborate with design, engineering, and workshop teams to ensure accurate interpretation of bespoke designs. Set up machine tooling, run test programs, and make on-the-fly adjustments to maintain high-quality output. Optimize nesting layouts for material efficiency and minimal waste.
