Working closely with clients to understand their needs and crafting exceptional itineraries. Provide expert advice on destinations, lodges, logistics, and seasonal variations. Deliver outstanding service throughout the sales cycle, from initial enquiry to post-travel follow-up. Maintain in-depth knowledge of African safari destinations, including site visits and ongoing training.
