We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor to join a well-established site in Holborn. This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to step into or continue within a supervisory role in a professional, client-facing environment.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, with a shared call-out rota and plenty of overtime available.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervising and supporting one on-site engineer
• Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across building services
• Working across mechanical or electrical systems depending on your bias
• Acting as the main point of contact on site for the client and building occupants
• Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations
• Overseeing subcontractors where required
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance across the site

Requirements:

• Strong background in either mechanical or electrical building services
• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior engineer role
• Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
• Experience working within commercial or high-end environments
• Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and support other engineers

Package:

• Salary: £53,000
• Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
• Shared call-out rota
• Plenty of overtime available
