O ur Consumer team use their expertise alongside our Q.Checkout product suite to deliver insights and drive better decision making for Asda and FMCG brands across the UK. As a Consultant in the Consumer team, you''ll act as a trusted advisor to FMCG clients, combining strategic consulting with hands-on analytics delivery. You''ll manage client relationships and deliver data-driven solutions that drive real commercial outcomes.

How will you make an impact?

Client relationship management: Manage your own portfolio of FMCG clients, building and maintaining positive working relationships with senior stakeholders across client accountsStrategic insights delivery: Provide answers to key business questions around promotional activities, category management, range optimisation, marketing effectiveness, market trends, and overall commercial strategyProject execution: Juggle multiple project requirements and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver to our clientsCommercial growth: Deeply understand client objectives and identify opportunities for Quantium to create value, taking responsibility for your portfolio''s commercial targetsCulture building: Contribute to a high-performing, dynamic culture through creative ideas, collaborative attitude, and desire to make meaningful impact

FMCG expertise: Experience in a consulting or stakeholder management environment, delivering insights and data-driven solutions within an FMCG contextData savvy: Experience interpreting large quantitative datasets (customer and shopper data) and deriving relevant insights to solve commercial problemsAdaptive communicator: With a strong business development mindset and confident presentation skills, you adapt swiftly to change, balancing multiple projects and stakeholders.Collaborative innovator with AI curiosity: You''re passionate about partnership-driven problem-solving, eager to learn about emerging AI technologies through collaboration, and excited by the opportunity to shape industry standards through innovative partnerships
