You''ll take the lead on a wide variety of design work - from new-build care homes to refurbishments and extensions for a well-known national retail chain. It''s a diverse portfolio that will challenge and grow your engineering skills every day.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Leading structural design on a mix of building types using concrete, steel, timber, and masonry
• Conducting structural surveys and producing clear, concise reports
• Preparing fee proposals and assisting with project costing
• Providing input on insurance claims and technical assessments
• Checking designs and supporting junior engineers
• Working closely with architects, clients, and other professionals

About You:

• Degree-qualified in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Chartered or on track for Chartership
• Strong practical design experience across major materials
• Skilled in using structural design software (Tekla, AutoCAD, SCIA; Tedds and Finite Element software a plus)
• Confident communicator and collaborative team player
• Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
