Our client requires a Mechanical Site Manager to manage a commercial contract in Tooting, South London.- The works will include a full commercial fitout of HVAC including, plumbing, pipefitting, ductfitting and air conditioning.-

Successful Mechanical Site Managers must have the following:-

• A current valid CSCS skills card for working on site as a Mechanical Site Manager-

• A current valid SSSTS or SMSTS ticket.-

• Experience of working on commercial construction sites as a Mechanical Site Manager.-

• Two checkable working references from similar roles.-
