37.5 hours per week (Full time working flexible shifts Monday to Sunday). Post holders must be able to work flexible shifts Monday to Sunday. There is also a requirement for the post holders to be available to work sleep-in duties (for which there is a separate allowance paid).Salary:

£24,570 per annumResponsibilities

Engage with residents in a respectful, pleasant and approachable manner, listening and thinking on your feet to support recovery and well-being.Facilitate recovery activities and contribute to a person-centred recovery approach that supports residents to maintain and strengthen their presence in the community.Work on a rota basis to meet the needs of residents and service delivery.Maintain safe and supportive environments for residents experiencing mental health distress in a Residential Care Home setting.Qualifications and requirements

At least 12 months of experience in an adult social care environment or health and social care setting.Ability to demonstrate Birmingham Minds values.Willingness to participate in sleep-in duties (as applicable) and flexible shift patterns.Benefits
