Service Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and confident Service Advisor to join our busy team at Sytner Solihull, focusing primarily on managing customer bookings and communication over the phone. As a Telephone-Based Service Advisor, your main responsibility will be to handle incoming and outgoing calls to organise and book customer vehicles into the workshop. You ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers - providing a friendly, professional service while ensuring every enquiry is managed efficiently from start to finish. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service by phone. You ll need to be comfortable building rapport and trust with customers without meeting them face-to-face, using your telephone manner to create a lasting positive impression every time. Sytner Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns, which can include weekends, to ensure we are always available for our customers.
