Howard Finley Care Ltd is seeking a dynamic Registered Manager to lead a well-established 30-bed residential service for older adults in a warm, person-centred environment.About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective care delivery that meets CQC standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a committed provider that values both its residents and its team.Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and manage a dedicated care team.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQC.Maintain high occupancy and manage budgets effectively.Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and the wider community.Drive quality improvement and continuous development across the service.About You
You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or be working towards it).Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar setting.Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care.A solid understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding principles.What We Offer
