Job Description

Advising on IP strategy, licensing, and commercialisation

Drafting and negotiating IP-rich commercial contracts (e.g. licensing, RandD, collaboration, SaaS)

Supporting MandA transactions with IP due diligence and risk assessment

Providing strategic advice on brand protection, copyright, and trade secrets

Working closely with cross-functional teams including corporate, litigation, and regulatory

The Successful Applicant

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 2-5 years PQE

Strong experience in commercial IP matters, ideally gained at a top-tier firm or in-house

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills

Commercially astute with a proactive and collaborative approach

Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships effectively
