Role Overview The Motorhome Security and Electrical Fitter / Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of security and electrical systems in motorhomes. This hands-on role requires a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of automotive electrical systems, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall motorhome security systems including alarms, immobilisers, and trackers.Fit and wire solar panels, satellite systems, and other electrical accessories.Conduct diagnostic tests and repair faulty wiring or system components.Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations.Work closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.Experience Required;Previous fitting experience of security and electrical devices such as alarms and trackers on either vans, motorhomes or construction vehicles.Previous experience of testing and repairing electrical vehicle faults.Experience of working in a busy workshop.Based on the outskirts of Taunton, this is a full-time permanent role.
