We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional support to our Group General Counsel and Company Secretary. In this role, you will provide high-quality, proactive and confidential executive support which includes efficient diary, meeting, and travel management, as well as ensuring effective communications, prioritisation and execution of business-critical tasks within our Legal function and across the Centrica Group.Location: Ideally you will be based within easy commutable distance to either our Windsor or London sites and can be flexible to travel to these office locations as required.What will you do?Travel Management: Coordinate and book complex travel arrangements and plan detailed itineraries, making independent decisions regarding travel logistics to ensure efficient and effective business travel.Meeting Preparation: Ensure the Group GC and other members of our Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Ethics and Compliance, and Secretariat (LRECS) leadership team are thoroughly prepared for upcoming meetings with all necessary documentation well in advance.Communication Management: Manage incoming correspondence, screen and redirect messages, and proactively alert the Director of high-importance issues as they arise.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external queries, providing information when appropriate and escalating complex matters to the relevant team members.Meeting Coordination: Create agendas, d
