The successful candidate will manage key financial processes including bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, and invoice management, supporting the smooth financial operation of our SME.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day finance operations using QuickBooks and ExcelProcess invoices, purchase orders, and supplier payments accurately and on timeAssist with payroll administration ensuring compliance with statutory requirementsPrepare financial reports and management accounts for senior leadershipSupport budgeting and forecasting activitiesMaintain accurate financial records and assist with audits as requiredCollaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure efficient financial processesAssist in ad hoc finance projects and process improvementsRequirements:Proven experience in finance or accounting within an SME environment ideally in constructionProficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (advanced functions desirable)Experience with payroll, invoicing, and financial reportingStrong attention to detail and organisati
