This is a unique Workshop Controller role we don''t run a traditional workshop. Instead, we manage a fleet of vehicles on contract hire and lease, handling all maintenance and remedial works through external suppliers and our team of four mobile engineers. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate all inspection and maintenance work for a fleet of leased buses and coaches. Manage and allocate tasks to a small team of field engineers. Administer and track job cards, vehicle inspections, and end-of-contract checks. Liaise with dealerships, suppliers, and repair partners to book and monitor works. Raise purchase orders, manage remedial works and organise recharges where required. Ensure all maintenance is completed to the highest standards in line with customer agreements.
