If you’re passionate about fire safety, hard FM, and protecting residents, this is your chance to make a real impact.This is an important role, based in London and we’re looking for a highly qualified, driven professional to lead on Building Safety Act 2022 compliance, manage Building Assessment Certificates, and ensure the high-rise portfolio is always safe, compliant, and future-ready.You’ll be the key contact for the Building Safety Regulator, oversee safety case reports, ensure statutory compliance, and mentor a dedicated Building Safety Coordinator.
